Step 3: Real-name authentication. Follow the instructions to complete the real-name authentication. After adding the necessary information, click "Next". At this point, you need to complete face verification by clicking "Please complete face verification" and scanning the QR code with WeChat. After completing the real-name authentication, you will receive an email confirming the completion of the process.
After completing the real-name authentication, you need to bind the Google Authenticator to start using the card. This is something that everyone knows how to do, so I won't go into detail.
Enter the Google verification code and email verification code to complete the binding.
Step 4: Top-up. After completing the real-name authentication, click "Top Up" to add funds. During the public beta phase, you need to top up with at least 20 USD.
After topping up, go back to the account homepage and click "CVV". Now you have a virtual US VISA card.
Binding Alipay#
The card is ready. You can use the funds on this card for WeChat payments. This step is optional.
- Open Alipay and click on "Me" - "Bank Cards".
- Click on "Add Bank Card".
- Enter the card number.
- Enter the name, expiration date, and security code.
- Complete the binding.

Other Information#
ChatGPT is currently only available in specific regions, and the credit card must also belong to the corresponding available region. IP checks are quite strict. If you are not in the United States or any other available region, please consider the following actions:

- Generate and use a billing address that matches your IP.
